Since we started in 1999 we’ve only ever carried out total replacement work (Also known as full replacement). Total replacement means that instead of covering your existing timber fascias with thin ‘capping’ board, we first strip off all the existing timber fascia and soffit and we even attend to your existing rafter ends too before we nail on thick strong PVCu fascias and soffits direct to your rafters. Capping or cloaking has been found to ‘sweat’ the existing timber underneath and also hide any further rotting. There are also ventilation issues to think about. We are so relieved to know we are watertight once more.
On phoning Matthew the proprietor to give him the outline of the job, I was given an assurance of what needed to be done, I was a few days later we had an emailed to say he would come and survey the job and was on time that day, he then went through in more detail the job in hand and took photos so as to go over with his team to brief before coming to do the job. On his return to the office we were sent three days later the quote which for the work involved we agreed, weeks later we had the date and Andrew and Adrian turned up on time and day and worked till 6.30 each day and only finishing a little earlier on the last day and the job was completed on time, they both certainly went the extra mile and the work was very good and not rush and all debris was cleaned up before they left. Excellent Quality & Workmanship

Mock Tudor Replacement
All of our Mock Tudor boards have been replaced by Mw Roofline. John and Andrew the fitters were clean and tidy and did an excellent job. The house looks so much better. They didn’t take a deposit and actually gave me until the weekend to pay as they finished it mid week and it was dark when I came home from work. I think there are not many other companies as accommodating as this one.

A First Class Firm
These guys are really the business. The quality of their work is excellent and their care and consideration whilst carrying out the work is first class. They are so careful and leave the property swept and clean every day when carrying out the work. The products they use are superb and not shoddy as so many are. Quality job
We had Soffits, gutters & facias and four front/one rear window replaced in two stages.
The soffits, gutter & facia team (John & Andrew) were both professional and efficient and fastidious in cleaning up after themselves. A professional job all around.
Pete the window fitter was friendly efficient and extremely helpful. He helped us fix one of our other windows free of charge and provided useful advice on our Bi-fold doors. Not quite as “tidy” as the soffit/fascia guys but they set exceptionally high standards.
There were a couple of minor niggles during the job. However I always judge workman by how they react when something is not 100% (issue with scaffolders and one bit of sealant needed re-doing. Matt’s team sorted these minor issues without quibble and simply got on with sorting it out. Matt clearly takes a pride in his business and quality is engrained in the service he seeks to deliver. Would thoroughly recommend Matt and team. Not the cheapest but get what you pay for.

Exceptional service from MW Roofline
17 years ago MW Roofline relaced the fascias, soffits and rain watergoods to my home. Recently a minor fault developed, MW Roofline attended within 3 days of me ringing them and rectified the problem and also cleaned moss from the gutters leaving all clean and tidy; all without charge.
Given how long ago the work was originally carried out this really is exceptional service.

Fabulous Craftsmanship
MW Roofline are one of the best Companies we have dealt with in recent years. Matt and his team are very professional, experienced and provide a high quality product which is difficult to find fault with.
Matt advised and quoted for a full replacement of our fascias and suggested cast iron effect guttering in keeping with the age of our property; whilst waiting patiently until we were ready to go ahead. It is daunting to hire workman who are not recommended to you, but after reading the reviews we had some reassurance that this Company could complete the job to our satisfaction.
And how right we were! To remove 100 year old fascias was not an easy task. Our craftsman, John and Andrew, worked tirelessly in all weathers to make our home shine again. If Only All Companies Where Like MW Roofline…..
I can’t speak highly enough of Matt (owner) and his installation team of Andrew and Paul. Right from the start when I requested an online quote for epdm rubber lining of my finlock gutters, everything was done at a personal, friendly level.
MWR are so busy, that I thought we might have to wait till Autumn for the install (and Matt did warn me of that), but they must have had a cancellation, because the job was completed by 24th Aug (took 3 days of VERY hard work by the workmen).
Andrew & Paul arrived early Tuesday, and explained what and when they would do stuff. All was done off mobile scaffolding. They had to remove two full layers of roof tiles + the lower hips… they repaired any damage to the existing loft felt, and cleaned out a multitude of old layers of sealant from the concrete gutters. They firmly stuck down the epdm, and finished off with a neat black trim – oh, and I had the gutter painted by them as well.
Excellent job by an excellent company.

Major exterior renovation on a large Victorian building
MW Roofline carried out a major exterior renovation on a large Victorian building in North Wales with new superior quality barge boards, fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes being installed, rendered walls repaired and superior quality Tudor boards fitted. The work was completed to a very high standard. I couldn’t recommend them enough for their workmanship, quality of materials used, tidiness, punctuality, courtesy, reliability and professionalism. Guttering, Fascia, Soffit & Cladding
A fantastic job undertaken by MW Roofline, you seriously do not get many tradesmen like this anymore. My house has been transformed from a tired boring looking dwelling to an up to date fashionable luxury looking home.
Full Process:-
Full consultation, listening to what ideas I had, really involving me in the design process.
Turned up on time as planned.
Full attention to detail.
Worked in a safe and professional manner, even thinking of the impact of any things left in the way of my dog and child.
Completed the job in the allotted time.
Cleaned everything, whilst maintaining a tidy workplace, all rubbish taken away.
I even called a little while after to question something, and the installer arrived later that day with a full explanation to set my mind at ease.
I would not hesitate recommending them to anybody, and what begs belief is that this company is not the most expensive out there!!

I have no issues recommending these guys. They were professional and have done a good job and tidied up so well I couldn’t tell they and been there. So many tradesman have no communication skills, have to be chased or just disappear without a trace, with MW Roofline I had a full quote through quickly and phone calls to keep me informed of when they were starting.

I would recommend MW Roofline without reservation. I had my soffits & facials replaced in Rosewood & white and also had my house re-rendered with coloured maintenance free render & the peeling mock Tudor boards replaced with maintenance free composite Tudor Boards. The house looks amazing. John & Andrew worked very hard & were very considerate & reliable. Always making sure my house was safe & secure before they left & tidied up as they went. Communication before, during & after the job were very good. I had a fixed price quote. You might find cheaper but doubt you’d find better.
Fascia started to detached due to rotten wooden support blocks, was real bad.
I feel very very lucky that I found Matt and his team to replace the old fascia/gutters/soffit.
I wish all the roofers were like Matt, too many cowboys out there, I even had a quote from another roofer that suggested to ‘just nail the fascia back’ !!!
I am very impressed, everything was more that premium service, from Matt’s first visit at home till the completion date. My special thanks too, to John and Andrew, top job guys, well done!

We first contacted Matt at Mw Roofline 2 years ago to attend a leak on our flat roof which was repaired effortlessly and at a good price. We have since had him back to quote for our facia and gutter on our 1930’s house. He sat with us for a good few hours talking about the various options and schemes we could have and didn’t mind 2 further visits to finalise things. We reckon he spent in total about 6 hours of his time with us and at no stage was he ever pushy for the sale. The work was completed exactly as described and was worth the wait as his work diary was very busy. We really can’t recommend Matt and his fitters highly enough.
MW Roofline are a business with a difference. We recently moved into our house and noticed an issue with the guttering and flat roofs. MW Roofline came recommended by 2 local building companies as they specialised in flat roofs and guttering/facias. Matt came round within a day to take a look at the house and advised what would need replacing and how it would be done. He explained how they would replace all of the existing sofits, facias and not just overclad. It was from this first meeting we decided to go with MW Roofline and not get any other quotes. Matt and the installation guys Keith and John have been nothing but professional and real pleasure to have around, we were sad to see them go at the end of the job! Everything was stripped back to the rafters, any rot was removed and replaced with new wood. Their attention to detail is second to none. The guys at MW Roofline have restored my faith that there are good companies out there. Do notlook elsewhere, you will not find better.

Matt & his team did an outstanding job on replacing our guttering , fascias & soffits on our 1935 house. It was a very intricate job due to the decorative moulding running underneath the soffit with several bay windows involved and then the dentils across the front of the house, but their attention to detail was outstanding and house looks restored to its former glory. They were also very tidy and cleaned up every day. We definitely made the right decision in choosing MW Roofline.
Living in Middlesex I couldn’t find the right contractor and eventually stumbled on MwRoofline. I thought the website was excellent and then stumbled on the reviews. I was worried about spoiling my 100 year old property with white fascia board and horrible guttering. Matthew came to me with pictures and samples. We went for the black wood effect fascia and the metal guttering cast iron look alike. It was expensive but quite simply it looks that good I would have probably paid double I cannot believe the work they put in and my house looks beautiful and it doesn’t look plastic.

The work started on schedule, the fitters were pleasant, hardworking and careful not to damage the property. Was recommended to MW ROOFLINE by local ironmonger shop to undertake new pvc fascias and replacement guttering around the conservatory, which had collapsed as a result of repeated frozen snow falls last winter. The job was undertaken for a fair price to our full satisfaction in a business like and friendly mannner. We had three quotes, £2500, £3250 and £700 written on the back of a leaflet! M.W was the most expensive at £3250 for our large detached. My gut instinct told me to go with M.W and I’m so glad we did. When they removed the wood every single joist had dropped which they renewed. The job took 7 working days and we are over the moon with what they did. The team at MW Roofline were second to none all the way through the process of replacing our soffits.
There are so many one man bands in this market, that it was a pleasure to deal with such a proffessional team who arrived on time and completed our work on schedule.
When we did have a very minor issue they came back within the day to ressolve the issue.
