Maintenance Free
Quite simply we remove your old glazed roof and bars and install new plastic bars with steel reinforcement along with new 25mm thick multiwall polycarbonate. Both the bars and the polycarbonate sheets are virtually maintenance free, just a wipe down with soapy water is all that’s needed. Our reinforced bars don’t need any existing framework support underneath and can be walked on from above.
Designs and Solutions
We can construct brand new free standing roofs from scratch, add new roofs to existing walls or simply re-design your current roof into something more attractive. We can install modern car ports, door canopies or smoking shelters. We can also install sun resistant polycarbonate too, keeping the room below cooler in the summer yet keeping in as much heat as possible in the winter. For cooler rooms we can install solar inserts into your polycarbonate sheets reflecting heat back outside and aiding heat within during the winter. New Polycarbonate to conservatory
I highly recommend Matt and his team for the outstanding work they have completed for me.
I had a very short wait time from quote to completion and it was undertaken in a timely manner.
They travelled to Plymouth twice in the week to complete the restoration of my Polycarbonate roof.
I am extremely pleased with the finished work/look of the roof and new guttering. They were tidy, clean and very professional.
I would have no hesitation in employing MW Roofline again if I required further roofing work.

Our 19yrs-old large SE-facing conservatory was looking ‘very tired’ and following 3 very hot days in the summer, the Ultralite 500 roof turned brown and (on close inspection) very brittle (see above photos). I investigated the options and obtained 3 quotes for a replacement roof – all of which seemed very expensive – and had vague specifications and completion dates. I then ‘discovered’ locally-based company MW Roofline. Within 8 hours of providing photos and dimensions, Matt provided me with a provisional quote (at a realistic price) – using top quality replacement materials, and within 4 days completed a detailed survey – after which he confirmed the price and completion date (within 3 weeks of my initial inquiry). In spite of some inclement autumnal weather, the work was completed on time – and to a very high standard. The new Brett Martin 7-wall Polcarb roof is a vast improvement on the original, and this – plus the new guttering, facias – and with all the old grubby silicone joint seals replaced (by MWR at no extra cost), the conservatory has a ‘brand new’ feel and look.
